Hi, I’m Karl, founder of Sumi’s Safe Haven Pet Care in Guildford. I created the service in loving memory of my dog Sumi, whose kindness and companionship inspired me to offer pets gentle, personal care in their own homes.

I care for dogs, cats and small pets, taking time to follow their usual routines and help them feel safe and settled. My approach is calm, patient and never rushed. I’m also disabled-friendly and aim to make arrangements as flexible and comfortable as possible for each household.

When I’m not caring for local pets, I’m spending time with my dog Kai. Your pet’s comfort and wellbeing always come first
